Are you Licensed and insured?

Yes we are fully licensed and insured. We carry a million dollar policy and can operate in any public and private venues such as schools, parks, day cares, churches and so on.

Are the inflatables cleaned?

All our inflatable’s are inspected, cleaned and sanitized after every use. We use Simple Green cleaner on the unit.

How much time in advance do I need to reserve a unit?

We normally get booked very quickly. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure the inflatable you want is reserved. We also take orders the day before your delivery date but it’s not recommended because we cannot guarantee you will get the inflatable you want.

Do you deliver and set up?

We deliver, setup and test each rental product and insure it is in correct working order.  We will return (in most cases the same day) and pick up the rental equipment when the party is over. Set up usually takes about 30 minutes and pickup will take approximately the same amount of time. This service is included in your total rental cost.

Do need to do any prep for the inflatable?

Prep if any is minimal. The area where the setup is should not have any objects in the way. There should also be a clear path to the setup area and an entrance of 4 feet if needed. Also if you have pet please make sure the area is cleaned of any pet deposits.

What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, it can set up on level areas such as concrete, asphalt, sand or mulch. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

What should I expect upon delivery?

You will receive an invoice and agreement. You would have about 30 minutes or the time it takes to setup to read and sign the agreement. We will also provide a copy of the rental agreement to you. Then we will show you how to use the equipment and answer any questions. Lastly the payment would be collected after setup and the pickup time will be confirmed.

What time is the set up and pick up?

Rental units are delivered and set up in the morning or at least one hour before the party starts. Pick up would be scheduled ahead of time no later than sunset of the same day or otherwise specified time. Drop off time and pickup time are arranged when the reservation is setup.

What kind of power is required?

All of our rentals require an extension cord that uses a standard 110 volt three prong household outlet. We supply a heavy duty 14 gauge extension cord that needs its own outlet. The placement of the inflatable or rental item needs to be within 100ft of the outlet as the maximum extension cord is 100ft. If you would like to set up at a park or a place that does not have an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange a generator for an additional charge.

How do you secure the inflatable to the ground?

On a grassy or sand flat surface we can use stakes and on all other approved surfaces we use sandbags.

How much room do I need?

All Inflatable’s require a 3 feet clearance around the perimeter.  The vertical clearance requires at least 5 feet clearance. Each unit has different dimensions and heights. When you call to reserve your inflatable, we will let you know the exact dimensions for the particular shape you choose.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes in most cases. To reserve your inflatable a $25.00 deposit is required. That payment goes towards you overall balance.
